I know, I am a few days late on my New Year wishes but better late than never, right? 😉 I hope you had a beautiful holiday season filled with health, love, laughter, joy, peace and happiness 🥰 So, what are your plans for the new year? Have you made any resolutions? Have you set any goals or intentions for this year? I have….😊 One of the main goals this year is to improve my relationship with myself! 👍🏼 I have realized that I am a hell of a lot nicer to other people than I am to myself and that just is NOT ok!! ❌ I don’t criticize, judge or make negative comments to others the way I do to myself! Why do I do that?!?🤷🏼♀️ I don’t know. Most likely it’s a result of limiting beliefs from some unresolved childhood issues. But I am ready to put an end to it! I’m finally breaking the cycle and I have decided that I deserve the same kindness, respect, consideration and courtesy I give to others!! Because I am worth it dammit❗ And so are you!! 😍 So, if you too find that you treat others better than you treat yourself, then it’s time to start changing the script! Switch up that internal dialogue and start loving yourself the way you love others!! Because you too are worth it! 💗 Have a beautiful January my friends!
